I am focused on a life’s mission to strengthen leaders. During my entire professional life I been devoted to designing, developing and implementing programs that help people develop their authentic leadership abilities. In the process I have grown, from an expert in organizational design, to a successful certified professional coach. Today I am a partner, walking alongside global leaders in business, the church and government.

I am the creator of Coaching ConversationsTM, a program which grows organizational leaders by transforming the quality of their conversations. Through Coaching Conversations I bring the extraordinary benefits of coach-like leadership into companies around the world. After having successfully launched this program in Canada, I am now bringing it to India and China.
